Right of Withdrawal

Last updated: March 25, 2026

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK).

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Stolzenburg Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt) c/o IP-Management #7306 Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 18 20459 Hamburg, Germany

Email: contact@methodstrength.app

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Important Information Regarding Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For Subscriptions (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual)

For a contract for the supply of a digital service, your right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if we have fully performed the service and began performance only after you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed by us.

In practice, this means: Since Pro features are activated immediately upon receipt of payment, you will be asked during the checkout process to:

  1. expressly consent to performance beginning before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
  2. acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

If you have given this consent and acknowledgement and the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal may expire early.

If you have given consent for early performance but withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period before full performance, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. The proportionate amount shall be calculated on the basis of the total price agreed in the contract.

For the Lifetime Tier (One-Time Purchase)

The Lifetime Tier grants unlimited access to all Pro features for an indefinite period. It constitutes a contract for the supply of a digital service with continuous provision.

The right of withdrawal expires under the same conditions as for subscriptions: where performance began before the expiry of the withdrawal period with your express consent and acknowledgement and the service has been fully performed.

However, since a digital service provided on a continuous, indefinite basis is typically not "fully performed" in the sense of a one-time fulfilment, your right of withdrawal for the Lifetime Tier generally remains available within the 14-day withdrawal period, unless you have waived the right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from the Lifetime Tier within the 14-day period, the purchase price will be refunded, less a proportionate amount for the services used up to the point of withdrawal.

Online Withdrawal Function (from 19 June 2026)

From 19 June 2026, we will provide you with an online withdrawal function through which you can conveniently exercise your right of withdrawal directly. The withdrawal function will be available at: [URL to be added upon implementation]. If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

Regardless of the availability of the online withdrawal function, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal at any time by email or letter.

Additional Information for UK Consumers

Your right of withdrawal under these terms is provided in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) as amended (the "UK Consumer Contracts Regulations"), which implement equivalent protections to the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of contract conclusion.
  • If you request that the supply of a digital service begins during the cancellation period and you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once the service has been fully performed, the rules described above regarding early expiry apply.
  • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these withdrawal provisions.

For complaints or questions about your withdrawal rights, you may also contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline at https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
